Etzinger’s etzMAX LM is an energy-efficient, on-demand espresso grinder capable of keeping up with commercial workloads. Choose between timed and grind-by-weight dosing and program up to three accurate doses for each. The modular construction makes upgrading individual components and cleaning the grind chamber as easy as unscrewing the bottom burr—no tools required.

Etzinger’s etzMAX LM gives you the option of dispensing grounds by weight using the internal Acaia scale, or by time. Doses are programmed within 1/10th of a gram/second based on your operating mode. The etzMAX LM also ships with a 500g calibration weight to recalibrate the built-in scale as needed. Enjoy an impressive grind speed of up to 3.4 grams per second of pillowy, clump-free grounds thanks to the anti-static jig.

Adjustments to grind size are made via a series of stepped macro-adjustments and then fine-tuned with stepless micro-adjustments, allowing you to dial in precisely for any coffee. The modular design of the etzMAX LM allows you to disassemble the grinder for cleaning or to upgrade individual parts easily, without needing tools.

Made of durable, high-quality aluminum, the etzMAX LM is a quality grinder that will last a lifetime if well-cared-for.  It comes with a 200g bean hopper and a set of two included brushes, one for cleaning the burrs and one for brushing off any loose grinds. The included portafilter funnel is compatible with a 58mm portafilters and serves as an optional tool to prevent stray grinds from making their way onto your counter.

The grinder can also be converted to use as a single-dosing (sold separately) grinder as well.
