The West Virginia (in this listing) does not include a garage door and the customer will purchase an 8′ x 7′ garage door in the style they desire locally while the Virginia includes wood swing open garage doors. Meet your new extra large 2 story garage kit with lots of storage space and stairs to a 2nd level loft! The West Virginia 16×20 wood garage kit is the next generation of backyard storage that has it all! The West Virginia is built in the same way your home is built with a 16 inch on center 2×6 truss system. This garage provides a single car parking space and extra space on the opposite side and in the above loft to use as a home office or workshop. The garage area has a door opening that measure a whopping 8’W x 7’H to fit most small suv’s or small trucks. *Garage Door Not Included. The West Virginia garage is also a great solution to store motorcycles, UTV’s, ATV’s, small tractors and riding lawn mowers. This garage has an upper loft for lots of extra storage space or uses without obstructing the 1st floor area with walls or supporting beams. The 1st floor is fully open except for the included staircase which is positioned in the rear of the building. Looking for an insulated shed that can be used as a cabin or winter workspace? This can be accomplished by insulating the walls between the studs. The walls on the lower level are nice and tall giving you 7.5 feet of headroom and the upstairs loft also has over 7 feet of headroom at the center. *Not a pole building

Flooring is not included with this kit. Build a foundation type that fits your specific needs. Our assembly manual will guide you through the process of creating an appropriate foundation including options of concrete slab, basement or post and beam wood floor options. Use your specific building requirements and local building codes to guide you to the perfect solution for your floor and foundation. Whichever you choose the most important thing to remember is make it level.

Our insulated windows are 18″x36″ and constructed of aluminum. Each window comes with decorative, paintable vinyl shutters for both sides. Includes lockable frames and screens to keep burglars and pests out.
Optional Item
Add an optional side entry door for easy access! Choose either a six panel or nine window steel door. Both door styles include the aluminum threshold and lock set. When selecting your door please choose which side you want the hinges on so we send you the correct door. Door opens swinging inside the barn.

The Best Barns ALL Pre-Cut sheds and regular Best Barns sheds are both made by Reynolds Building Systems at their state of the art factory in Northwest Pennsylvania. The regular Best Barns brand, not marked ALL Pre-Cut, offers you added savings for just an extra 2 or 3 hours of installation time. With a regular Best Barn you will get two deliveries; one will be your shed kit and a second delivery will be the siding, roof sheathing and loft (if included in the kit) which will be delivered separately from your local home center. Home Depot will be the home center we use if one is in your area. The customer will then follow the simple instructions to make just straight cuts to prepare these items. The regular Best Barn shed makes it inexpensive and easy!
